The property is a splendid castle built in 1904 for Louise Pommery, Marquise de Polignac. Then in 1980, it was completely renovated under the supervision of interior architect Pierre-Yves Rochon and turned into a luxurious hotel and restaurant.
The hotel is immersed in a seven-hectare park filled with lush vegetation. It features 20 rooms and suites elegantly furnished in a classic French style, featuring heavy drapes, richly-patterned fabrics, and antique furnishings.
Guests at Les Crayères can indulge in a wide range of activities, from horse riding to yoga classes. However, the biggest draws are the champagne tasting sessions (their wine list contains over 600 types of champagne and more than 1000 wines) and the heavenly gastronomic experiences at the in-house two-Michelin-starred Le Parc restaurant.
The 20 rooms and suites offered by the hotel are generously sized and ooze sophistication. They feature exquisite decorations in Rococo and Belle Epoque styles, marble bathrooms with luscious Hermès toiletries and big windows overlooking the park.
In our hotel collection you will find more than usual hotels: wine estates, country houses, charming villas, urban relais, unique retreats… 100% verified.
